Parul Sehgal is an Indian American literary critic and Senior Editor at Publishers Weekly.[1] Her reviews are also published in the New York Times Book Review, Bookforum, the Literary Review, O Magazine, The Plain Dealer, The Irish Times, and Time Out New York.[1]
Sehgal is notable for winning the prestigious 2010 National Book Critics Circle Award Nona Balakian Citation for Excellence in Reviewing.[2] She also won the 2008 Pan African Literary Forum’s OneWorld Prize. [1]
